Develops, troubleshoots, and maintains the company’s computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ensures that the company’s computer systems function in a proper and efficient manner.
Develops and implements new systems and applications as necessary to support the business.
Troubleshoots all existing hardware and software applications as necessary.
Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact expected level of performance.
Metric reporting to assess equipment production efficiencies.
Vendor Management
Support all electronic products including, Servers, Storage, Firewalls, Printers, Phones, Routers, Switches, Plotters, Copiers, phones, cameras, PCs, Laptops, Warehouse equipment, accessories, and more.
Self-motivated and good communication
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES
We sponsor working VISA, H1B, OPT, CPT..If you are very good, we also can consider to sponsor GC.
1 years for applicable training and experience as an IT administrator
Ability to work with Taiwan Offsite Information Systems team to accomplish central goals
Experience with Office, Linux (Redhat or Ubuntu), Windows, VMWare are required
Network and operating systems certificates are plus.
Ability to read, write and speak fluent Chinese is a big plus.
